The loud music was a constant disturbance, as it played from 10 am to 10 pm every day, disrupting any chance of relaxation. We tried to address the issue with the staff, but our requests to lower the volume were ignored, leaving us feeling anxious and exhausted. Our dining experience was disappointing, with a breakfast buffet that featured stale food and a lack of fresh options.

Everything was perfect, had a very nice stay for a relaxing visit. Our room was fabulous and spotless with a balcony, just what we needed.

Very cosy, clean. Lovely surroundings and pool. Market 2 min walk away and a big shopping centre 5 mins walk away. We stayed here after moving from our original hotel (Maritim Jolie Ville Resort and Casino) because our 7 days were up (we got stranded due to the volcanic ash clouds) and so moved to a cheaper place in case we didnt get our money back for additional days stayed. Bookings.com was the cheapest (£27 per night B&B) for this hotel. It is located further out of Naama bay (our first hotel was right in the centre) but we actually liked this hotel much more! The nearby restaurants were hugely cheaper and much better quality than the ones in Naama bay. In fact, we wished that we had stayed here for the entire holiday.
It was a 10 min ride into Naama bay. We werent bothered about that as we were glad to get out of there after having already spent a week there before moving to this hotel. However, if you were staying here for the entire holiday, you would have to take a taxi into Naama bay a few times (if only to show yourselves that you werent missing anything!). Also the 'nightclub' at the hotel isnt really a nightclub- it plays Arabic music and isnt what youd expect in comparison to a UK club!

The pool was very large, clean and enjoyable. The rooms were also very tidy and comfortable. The hotel was a good value for the area.
The service was average at best. Also, the shuttles between the beach and the hotel were not frequent enough. The location is also a distance from either of the tourist areas.

Nice, clean hotel - very good value for money. Is situated in a quiet area with everything within reach. First time in Egypt on an ok, comfortable bed. Perfect spot for some R & R!!
The shower had really low pressure, it was probably due to getting a room on the second floor. Be aware of the mosquitos from april to september!

beautiful ambiance but limited dining variety
Their friendliness and attentiveness. The comfortable room coupled with a lovely garden view added to the overall experience. I particularly enjoyed the evenings at the bar, where the bar team provided really good service, especially Amr who ensured my drink was never empty!
The dining variety could be improved.

Appreciated to be here, the hotel was immaculately clean and relaxing, the location was ideal to Stansted airport on a Nation Express Coach which was via london victoria. The room was reasonably large, with comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the bathroom. I found everything really good, recommend it to all.

It was relaxing and fun, liked the food and service.
Yes, That there was restrictions on having someone visit your room from the other sex.

missingWrote a review on 12 Augpool areasunny balconiesbed comfort
The pool area shines with plenty of sunbeds ready for loungers, and the towel service streamlines that whole ordeal. Balconies with unobstructed views allow sun-seekers to soak up rays and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel.
The children's bed in the room felt more like a makeshift arrangement, not ideal for an adult looking for comfort. If you're planning to check in early, be prepared to pay a fee, which can feel a bit frustrating after travel. The dining scene, while decent, tends to have some repetitive choices that leave you yearning for variety, especially after several days.

Fantastic entertainment and inviting atmosphere
The staff were cute, with Mr Ahmed from reservations and the front office assistant ensuring a smooth check-in process. The breakfast stand out with its variety, including freshly made omelets and an extensive selection of breads. The noise level from the pool activities could be a bit overwhelming at times for those seeking relaxation.

rooms were clean and the resort was neat and tidy
all the tour information was in Russian, Egyptian or Italian - no English - seems that this hotel is not usually frequented by people from UK - which is fine but need to know this? Some staff were too friendly to female guests.

The staff here are genuinely friendly. Cleanliness is evident, especially in the rooms. The pool area offers ample sunbeds, but getting one can require an early rise. The dining experience is decent, with a fair range, though some might find the choices limited.
